BOM Parser & DataBridge Terms of Service

Document Version: v1.0 • Effective Date: July 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an API Key, integrating the DataBridge API, or utilizing the Sprokio BOM Parser service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not generate credentials or access the API.

2. Quota & Usage Limits

Developer and Free Tier keys are subject to a nominal limit of 1,000 processed items per month and a maximum batch payload cap of 100 items per request. Exceeding tier quotas requires an active subscription upgrade.

3. Data Integrity & Storage Policy

Sprokio processes bill of materials (BOM) files, CSV payloads, and Odoo workflow mappings. Transformed pipeline data may be temporarily stored in AWS S3 for validation and backup. You retain full ownership of your data.

4. Service Availability & Rate Limits

We strive for high availability across our AWS serverless infrastructure. However, API availability is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted downtime.

3. Data Accuracy & User Verification Responsibility

Automated Bill of Materials (BOM) parsing, CSV translation, and key-mapping pipelines process raw text and structured data based on automated algorithms. It is solely your responsibility to review, audit, and verify all parsed outputs and quantity values prior to importing, manufacturing, ordering, or committing data within your Odoo ERP environment.

Important Disclaimer: Sprokio LLC accepts no liability or responsibility for errors, misinterpretations, quantity mismatches, or character encoding faults produced by the parser (for example, if a line item quantity of 2,000 is misinterpreted or imported as 200,000). All automated data transformations must be validated by your procurement or engineering personnel before execution.

5. Termination

Sprokio reserves the right to suspend or terminate access tokens that violate rate limits, attempt system exploitation, or breach these terms.
